I seriously need to remember to check my Hotmail add more often, since a whole lotta accounts are still registered under that email and certain PMs *glomps yin-chan* and nudges *glomps araeli & ct* get lost in the mountainous junk mail. >_<

Yep. When was the last time I complained/celebrated about going to ANU on exchange? Probably not very many posts ago, but at LEAST four months in real time. Oh, the bureaucratic agony! …which actually wasn’t that bad. It’s the waiting that actually kills you before the red tape gets a chance to.

But. I’m. Finally. Here. It’s averaging -479402 degrees around here (more like around 0 degrees, but tell that to my wimpy tropical climate-adjusted butt) and I breathe mist and everybody WALKS EVERYWHERE around this GINORMOUS CAMPUS.

But that’s okay. Because I get to wear… a mac.

A FARKING MAC, BABEH.

…Or a trenchcoat, I think it’s called. NOT the computer brand, at any rate.

Putting that mac on in Sydney for the first time, and is the first time, I have ever looked into the mirror and thought, “I. Friggin. Rock.”

I might be going to Australia National University to study there for one semester as an exchange student.

Wow. I DIDN'T PLAN THIS. I scribbled my application, like, 4 HOURS BEFORE THE DEADLINE. IT WAS FOR FUN. I DIDN'T EXPECT THIS.

I was so bloody scared the minute I read the email-- dude, this isn't Singapore, it's AUSTRALIA. A REAL foreign country! WTF. I won't be able to take four-day trips back to Malaysia! I won't be able to talk on the phone with mom 'cause the phone bill would kill both of us! I wanna burst into big, goopy, blubbering tears for no reason goddammit!

But oh man geez ;afgj;lfd. She was cool about it, though, my mom I mean. All calm and stuff. And that calmed me down too. 'Cause when you look at it another way, dude, it's AUSTRALIA. *happy bubbles*

Anyway, there's still not guarantee since ANU will still need to accept me. So I could be flipping out over nothing.



And this post was supposed to be gushing about Persona 3 and how I grew an umbilical cord to it through December holidays but that'll have to wait. xO

A new subject just opened up for next semester: Introduction to Prose Writing! OMG. Should I take it? Oh gawd, this would be, like, professional writing and stuff! I've never done this, never! OMG OMG. I just I've been wanting to take something like this SO BAD and now they finally started a class for it! OMGOMGOMG. BUT I'VE NO EXPERIENCE BEFORE. WTF. I'll be taking this class with people who've done workshops with professional authors! Dx

Need two story apps. Shit, everything I have sucks right now. I only have until Christmas. WHY DO YOU SPRING THESE SURPRISES ON ME, NUS????!!! D:
